Afgelopen maandag stuurden wij deze brief naar de ExBo. Hierin gaven wij nogmaals aan waar we als Our NEXT Move voor staan. We schreven dat de bank weer aan tafel moet komen om verder te praten over goede arbeidsvoorwaarden voor alle medewerkers van ABN AMRO.
Op dinsdag ontvingen wij van de bank een uitnodiging om donderdag 19 november verder te praten over de cao en wij zullen op deze uitnodiging ingaan. Wij gaan er van uit dat de bank met een fatsoenlijk voorstel komt op onder andere loon en hybride werken.

À table! Back to the negotiating table
On Monday, we sent this letter to the ExBo. In it, we reiterated what we stand for as Our NEXT Move. We wrote that the bank must return to the negotiating table to continue discussions on good employment terms and conditions for all ABN AMRO employees.
On Tuesday, we received an invitation from the bank to continue discussions on the collective labour agreement on Thursday 19 November, and we will accept this invitation. We expect the bank to come forward with a decent proposal covering, among other things, pay and hybrid working.
